Dean Mary Nijhout
Associate Dean
Mary Nijhout is associate dean of Trinity College and director of the Undergraduate Research Support Office. She serves as the academic dean for students majoring in biology, computer science, and statistics.
She is also the pregraduate advisor in Trinity College, and interim health professions advisor. Dean Nijhout is an adjunct associate professor in the Department of Biology.
Dean Nijhout earned the AB degree from Wells College, Aurora, NY, and the MS and PhD degrees from Harvard University. Her postdoctoral training was at the National Institutes of Health and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
